Women's Philanthropy Spring Event

Join us for an in-person evening of Movement, Mindfulness & Spiritual Positivity
The evening will include:
- Lite Chair Yoga and Jewish Spiritual Teaching led by Deborah Glassman
- Spa-themed dinner
- Detox Drinks and Recipes
- Refreshing Wine Spritzer Bar
- Fun, wellness themed stations!
Attire: Comfy clothing. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, follow along with Deborah doing lite chair yoga, or just sit and listen to Deborah's inspirational teachings.
$50 couvert. Dietary Laws Observed.

Open to women who have pledged a minimum of $365 to the 2022 Annual Campaign for Jewish Needs. If you have not yet pledged, you may do so upon registration.
Featuring Deborah Glassman
The past two years have been anything but relaxing, but Deborah Glassman wants you to breathe. Glassman, a urologist at Jefferson Medical College and a registered yoga teacher, is an expert in women’s health, and also leads Shabbhakti, a series of Jewish-inspired yoga workshops.
